The method comprises the following steps: constructing a satellite communication power resource allocation model based on a Blocker game model, solving mixed Nash equilibrium of sub-games of a current anti-interference party and an interference party according to the constructed model and an initial strategy set, and performing iterative calculation by adopting a double-metaphor algorithm to obtain an optimal power resource allocation strategy of the two parties.
