Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a broadband circular polarization array element suitable for an AOP millimeter wave phased array. The broadband circular polarization array element is composed of a millimeter wave radiation patch, a dielectric layer and a bottom floor. The millimeter wave radiation patch is located at the central position of the upper surface of the dielectric layer; the bottom floor is located on the lower surface of the dielectric layer, and the bottom floor is provided with a rectangular slot structure, a rectangular microstrip feeder line and a BGA ball mounting structure; and the millimeter wave radiation patch is connected with the rectangular microstrip feeder line of the bottom floor through a metal through hole in the dielectric layer.
