The method comprises the following steps: obtaining first medication path information related to a first pharmaceutical composition in a medication database; obtaining second drug use path information related to a second drug combination in the drug use database; obtaining overlapped medication information between the first medication path information and the second medication path information; judging whether the overlapped medication information meets a noise elimination condition or not; if the overlapped medication information meets the noise elimination condition, on the premise that the first medication path information is not considered, a risk assessment model is established according to other medication path information in the medication database, and the risk assessment model is used for assessing the use risk of at least one medicine in the medication database. Therefore, the reliability of the estab
