Wherein the structure of the pH/reduction dual-response polymer micelle comprises polyethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate, epsilon-caprolactone, gamma-amino-epsilon-caprolactone and disulfide bonds, so that the polymer micelle can stably exist in a normal cell under a microenvironment condition after being loaded with an anti-cancer drug; the drug is rapidly released in the acidic and high glutathione environment in tumor cells, and the technical problem that the drug controlled release performance of polymer drug-loaded micelles in the prior art still needs to be improved is solved.
