Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a synthesis method of water-soluble benzoxazine, which comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts by mass of phenolic compound, 30-2000 parts by mass of amine compound, 10-150 parts by mass of formaldehyde, 0-5 parts by mass of alkali and 100 parts by mass of organic solvent, heating to 85-100 DEG C, and reacting at constant temperature for 2-10 hours; and after the constant-temperature reaction is completed, carrying out vacuum distillation until no liquid is distilled out, so as to obtain the water-soluble benzoxazine.
