Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of titanium-aluminum powder for powder metallurgy with the service temperature being 850 DEG C. According to the preparation method, medium-content Nb and a small amount of Ta are added into a hyper-peritectic TiAl alloy, so that the performance of the TiAl alloy is improved, and structure refining and strengthening and toughening can be achieved. Nb and Ta elements are added in the form of Nb powder and Ta powder through vacuum electric arc melting, and the casting alloy with uniform components is obtained. By adopting the powder metallurgy forming process, composition segregation caused by addition of Nb and Ta can be avoided, and meanwhile, the grain structure is further refined.
