Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a calorie management system based on a smart watch. The calorie management system comprises the smart watch with a display screen, a body index monitoring module, a food information judgment module, a motion information storage module, a food information storage module and a control processor. The system is adopted in the smart watch, so that a user can monitor own body data and motion data in real time in different time periods after wearing the smart watch, and the obtained body data, standard data and basic parameters set by the user are compared and analyzed; generating a basic calorie consumption value range and an actual calorie consumption value of the user in each time period every day, judging whether the user achieves daily energy consumption or not, and obtaining appropriate calorie consumption suggestions and food intake suggestions; therefore, the user can more reasonably manage own calorie intake and consumption according to system suggestions, and the user can convenient
