The method comprises the following steps: casing pretreatment, bacteriostatic agent ultrasonic immersion treatment and casing salting. By utilizing the bacteriostatic agent and the ultrasonic technology, the number of microorganisms in the casing during normal-temperature storage is reduced, the elongation at break or the tensile strength of the casing is improved to a certain extent, the short-time bacteria reducing capacity is ensured by assistance of the ultrasonic technology, the time required by casing production is shortened, and the production cost is reduced. And guarantee is provided for industrial continuous production.
