Targeted steroid compounds

Compounds of Formula (I): G1-L-G2, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, polymorphs, prodrugs, solvates, or clathrates thereof; compositions comprising such compounds; and the use of such compounds and compositions in the treatment of inflammation, for example associated with a disease or condition, wherein G1 is a folate group, an anti-folate group or a folate analogue group; l is a linker; and G2 is a group of a steroid. 式(I)化合物：G1-L-G2，或其可药用盐、多晶型物、前药、溶剂合物或包合物；包含这样的化合物的组合物；以及这样的化合物和组合物在治疗例如与疾病或病症相关的炎症中的用途，其中G1是叶酸基团、抗叶酸基团或叶酸类似物基团；L是接头；并且G2是类固醇的基团。
