Zusammenfassung:	An implantable medical device includes a first frame member. The first frame member includes a first set of elongate elements configured to conform to a patient's anatomy. The implantable medical device also includes a second frame member including a second set of elongate elements configured to conform to the patient's anatomy. The first frame member and the second frame member are discrete and separated from each other. The implantable medical device also includes a catheter portion disposed between the first frame member and the second frame member.
