Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a wireless communication method and device. The method includes distributing subcarriers of a resource unit (RU) to a resolution with a quadruple (4x) subcarrier spacing to generate a quadruple ultrahigh throughput long training field (4x EHT-LTF) of an uplink (UL) trigger-based (TB) physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) using a distributed tone resource unit (dRU); and transmitting the 4x EHT-LTF of the UL TB PPDU by means of the dRU. According to the EHT-LTF sequence design solution for the dRU provided by the invention, the PAPR can be reduced in a 6GHz LPI system.
