Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) marker for screening a high-grain-weight allele on rice grain weight QTL qTGW10-21.9 and application of the DNA marker, and provides a DNA marker Ten21945 for screening a high-thousand-grain-weight allele on rice thousand-grain-weight QTL qTGW10-21.9 and application of the DNA marker Ten21945 in rice thousand-grain-weight improved breeding. The Ten21945 can be used for accurately identifying whether the rice variety to be identified carries the IR24 high thousand grain weight allele on the qTGW10-21.9 seat or not. Examples prove that the thousand seed weight of a rice material carrying an IR24 high thousand seed weight allele on qTGW10-21.9 is remarkably increased, which indicates that the DNA marker Ten21945 designed by the invention can be effectively applied to improved breeding of the thousand seed weight of rice.
