Paving 200-300 parts of the modified mixture cured by the immature soil on the bottom layer; covering 750-1100 parts of immature soil with the particle size of less than 2cm on the immature soil cured improved mixture; the immature soil is covered with 300-600 parts of river sand, and standing and maintaining are conducted; after standing and curing, uniformly mixing all the components, covering a layer of film on the surface, and then standing and curing. According to the method, the soil structure can be effectively improved, the non-capillary porosity is increased, the soil microbial activity is improved, the soil nutrient conte
