The material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35%-55% of industrial slag or slag-like powder, 0.5%-1% of fiber, 15%-25% of MgO, 5%-15% of an expanding agent CaO, 10%-25% of fine aggregate, 0.05%-0.08% of lithium carbonate, 0.02%-0.05% of sodium gluconate, an alkali activator accounting for 10%-20% of the industrial slag or slag-like powder and water accounting for 40%-45% of the industrial slag or slag-like powder.
