Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a short-cut nitrification process regulation and control method based on quorum sensing under a high dissolved oxygen condition. The short-cut nitrification process is started through a high DO and quorum sensing combined control strategy, nitrification sludge is inoculated firstly, and the DO concentration of a reactor is increased by adjusting the aeration rate; secondly, exogenous signal molecules capable of promoting short-cut nitrification performance are added, quorum sensing of the signal molecules is manually regulated and controlled to strengthen AOB flora and weaken the activity of NOB flora, the ammonia oxidation activity and nitrous accumulation are improved, and therefore efficient and stable short-cut nitrification is achieved.
