The method comprises the following steps: forming a liquid phase layer on the surface of a microarray template; the anvil face of the diamond anvil cell is attached to the surface of the microarray template, so that the liquid phase layer is located between the anvil face of the diamond anvil cell and the microarray template, and a complex is obtained; and drying the complex to obtain the target diamond anvil cell of which the anvil surface is integrated with the device. According to the method, the microarray template with the microarray structure is utilized, so that the preparation material solution can be attached to the anvil surface according to the corresponding microarray structure, and then the crystal is separated out through heating and drying, so that the separated-out crystal can form a required device according to the corresponding microarray structure.
