The method comprises the steps that a rotating speed-torque MAP is reconstructed, and the reconstructed new MAP comprises three areas, namely a first area lower than a single-motor working curve, a second area higher than a dual-motor bisecting working curve and a third area located between the single-motor working curve and the dual-motor bisecting working curve; and in the vehicle running process, the target torque of the motor is determined according to the current rotating speed of the motor, and based on the difference of the areas where the target torque of the motor is located in the new MAP, it is determined that a single-motor mode or a dual-motor mode for equally dividing the target torque is adopted for working or a dual-motor mode for working is adopted for calculating the torque distribution proportion of the dual motors is adopted for working.
