The invention discloses a suspension type rotating mechanism and a using method thereof. The suspension type rotating mechanism is used for rotating a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a cylinder body, a flange part and a vertical rod, wherein the flange part and the vertical rod are connected with the two ends of the cylinder body respectively, and the flange part and the vertical rod are oppositely arranged. The suspension type swing mechanism comprises an upper support and a lower support. One end of the rotating support is rotationally connected with the upper support, the other end of the rotating support is fixedly connected with a flange part of the heat exchanger, and the rotating support is used for hanging the heat exchanger on the upper support so as to rotate the heat exchanger; one end of the lower support is connected with the upper support, the other end of the lower support is arranged on a bearing face, and the lower support is used for supporting the upper support, the rotating su
