Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low-Pd-content efficient composite Pd-Zn/ZnTiO3 catalyst, the catalyst takes a Pd-Zn alloy as an active center and ZnTiO3 as a carrier and a zinc source, and the chemical general formula of the catalyst is Pd-Zn/ZnTiO3; the weight ratio of Pd in the catalyst is 0.1-5%, and the balance is the carrier; the ZnTiO3 carrier is a ZnTiO3 carrier with an ABO3 perovskite crystal form, and the ZnTiO3 carrier is a ZnTiO3 carrier with an ABO3 perovskite crystal form; the Pd-Zn alloy in the catalyst exists in a beta phase. The method for preparing the catalyst comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a ZnTiO3 carrier through a hydrothermal reaction, then loading a precursor salt solution containing metal Pd, and finally, carrying out H2 pre-reduction treatment on the catalyst. The catalyst provided by the invention can realize high-activity and high-selectivity methanol reforming hydrogen production under the condition of lower Pd content (0.1-0.5 wt%), so that the economic cost of hydro
