The all-solid-state sodium ion battery is prepared by sintering a phosphate precursor, and by compounding an electrode material and a solid electrolyte material, performing layered filling and controlling crystal growth, the preparation of the all-solid-state sodium ion battery without an interface is realized, and an all-solid-state battery cell which is high in interface ionic conductivity, low in volume effect and capable of inhibiting interface phase diffusion is obtained; further, the cycle life and the electrochemical performance of the solid-state sodium ion battery are optimized, and the all-solid-state sodium ion battery is realized. 本发明公开提供一种一体化全固态钠离子电池的制备方法,涉及无机材料和新能源材料技术领域。本发明采用磷酸盐前驱体烧结而成,通过电极材料与固体电解质材料复合、分层填充,控制晶体生长,实现无界面全固态钠离子电池制备,获得高界面离子电导率、低体积效应、抑制界面相扩散的全固态电芯,进而优化固态钠离子电池循环寿命和电化学性能,实现钠离子电池的全固态化。
