The first antireflection layer is located on one side of the substrate; the second antireflection layer is located on the side, away from the substrate, of the first antireflection layer, and the refractive index of one of the first antireflection layer and the second antireflection layer is in an increasing trend and the refractive index of the other one of the first antireflection layer and the second antireflection layer is in a decreasing trend in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first antireflection layer points to the second antireflection layer; and the difference value of the refractive index of the first antireflection layer and the refractive index of the second antireflection layer is firstly reduced and then is increased.
