Aiming at the problem that'ghosting 'is easy to occur when a camera does not move sufficiently in the existing scene-based infrared non-uniformity correction algorithm, the method comprises the following steps of: comparing the consistency of time-space statistics of an infrared video, comparing time and space statistics by using a rank sum test method, and judging that the camera does not move if the time-sequence statistics is obviously smaller than the space statistics; otherwise, judging that the camera moves. In combination with the existing non-uniformity correction algorithm, when the camera moves, the related non-uniformity correction algorithm operates normally; and when the camera stops moving, the non-uniformity correction algorithm stops running, and the purpose of effectively suppressing ghosts is achieved.
