The system comprises a cloud charging pile management platform, a charging end and a vehicle end. The charging end is used for displaying basic information of charging piles in a certain area and feeding back the basic information of the charging piles to the cloud charging pile management platform; the vehicle end is used for providing basic information of a vehicle for the cloud charging pile management platform, receiving and inquiring the position of the charging pile, the occupation state of the charging pile and the distance between the charging pile and the vehicle, and receiving a reservation charging scheme pushed by the cloud charging pile management platform; the cloud charging pile platform is used for managing information of all vehicles connected to the cloud charging pile platform and basic information of charging piles, calculating an optimal charging scheme in the endurance mileage of the vehic
