The invention provides a seismic velocity modeling method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of determining distribution of a structural layer and a sedimentary facies in a work area; obtaining the change relation of the speed in each structural layer along with the depth; obtaining lithofacies distribution, a wrinkle form and a stratigraphic dip angle interval in the work area according to the distribution of the structural layer and the sedimentary facies; obtaining first correction values of different lithofacies at different depths for the speed and second correction values of different wrinkle forms at different stratigraphic dip angles for the speed; and obtaining an earthquake velocity model in the work area according to the change relation of the velocity along with the depth in each structural layer, the first correction value and the second correction value.
