The heat storage heat core comprises a shell, a core phase change area and a miscible layer arranged between the shell and the core phase change area. The shell is made of a framework material, the core phase change area is made of a core material, and the phase change temperature of the framework material is higher than that of the core material; the miscible layer is a composite material comprising a framework material and a core material, and the content of the core material in the miscible layer is gradually increased in the direction from the shell to the core phase change region.
