Due to the fact that the middle silencing chamber is formed in the middle air cylinder, the silencing chamber does not need to be arranged in the middle partition plate, the thickness of the middle partition plate is effectively controlled, the structure is simpler, manufacturing is easier, cost is lower, and rigidity is not lost. In addition, high-pressure gas exhausted from the second air cylinder and high-pressure gas exhausted from the middle air cylinder are mixed in the middle ane
