Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for discriminating a reverse fault by a conventional logging curve, which comprises the following steps of: 1, researching a known reverse fault in a target area, and calibrating the known reverse fault on nine conventional logging curves; step 2, based on the formation principle of the reverse fault and the mode pattern, combining known reverse fault identification and formation cause characteristics of the reverse fault to summarize material characteristics of the reverse fault; 3, based on analysis results of the step 1 and the step 2, determining a corresponding relation between the hanging wall and footwall material structures of the reverse fault and a logging curve response mechanism; and step 4, guiding reverse fault identification in the target area through the corresponding relation.
