The door handle structure includes: a door handle (3) protruding outward from a rear door (2) of a vehicle (1); and a sensor unit (4) that senses an operation by a user on the basis of a change in capacitance of the electrode (5). The door handle (3) has a sensor arrangement part (6) on which the sensor part (4) is arranged, and an adjacent part (7) which is arranged adjacent to the sensor arrangement part (6). The inclination angle of the upper side wall surface (9) of the sensor arrangement part (6) relative to the horizontal direction is gentle than the inclination angle of the upper side wall surface (10) of the adjacent part (7).
