Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cation modified terylene denim fabric and a preparation method thereof, warp yarns are dyed cation modified terylene/viscose blended yarns, and weft yarns are undyed cation modified terylene; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing cation modified polyester and viscose into blended yarns according to a blending ratio, and then warping; (2) performing a dyeing-sizing combined process to obtain warp yarns; (3) weaving the warp yarns and the undyed cation modified polyester into grey cloth; and (4) after-finishing to obtain the cation modified polyester denim fabric.
