Method for manufacturing antistatic surface protective film and antistatic surface protective film

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an antistatic surface protective film and an antistatic surface protective film, in which an antistatic layer formed on the surface of a base material has excellent atmospheric exposure and is thus effective for long-term storage, and in which the antistatic layer can be easily peeled off when an adhesive layer is peeled off and the antistatic surface protective film is also provided. According to the present invention, the adhesive layer has excellent antistatic performance and stain resistance while maintaining a balanced adhesive force at a low peeling speed and a high peeling speed. An antistatic surface protection film (10) is formed by forming an adhesive layer (2) on one surface of a substrate film (1) formed from a transparent resin, said adhesive layer (2) being obtained by crosslinking an adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer and a crosslinking agent, and wherein: an antistatic layer (6) containing carbon nanotubes as a first ant
