Zusammenfassung:According to the treatment method of the carbamate distillation residues, liquid-state low-efficiency urea generated by carbamate distillation reacts with dilute sulphuric acid to generate an ammonium sulfate byproduct. According to the method, the dilute sulphuric acid reacts with the low-efficiency urea in carbamate production, the low-efficiency urea is converted into a byproduct ammonium sulfate, and finally the ammonium sulfate generated by the reaction is separated to serve as a compound fertilizer raw material, so that the low-efficiency urea is turned into wealth, and the problem that carbamate distillation residues are difficult to treat is solved; the method has the advantages of reasonable process, convenience in operation, safety and environmental protection. 氨基甲酸酯蒸馏残渣的处理方法,将氨基甲酸酯蒸馏产生的液态低效尿素与稀硫酸反应,生成硫酸铵副产品。本发明方法采用稀硫酸与氨基甲酸酯生产中的低效尿素反应,将低效尿素转换为副产品硫酸铵,最后将反应生成的硫酸铵分离出来用作复合肥原料,不但将低效尿素变废为宝,而且解决了氨基甲酸酯蒸馏残渣处理困难的问题,具有工艺合理、操作方便和安全环保的优点。
