The invention relates to a microwave-heated packed evaporator and a method for concentrating fluorine-containing dilute sulphuric acid, the microwave-heated packed evaporator comprises a shell and an inner cylinder, the inner cylinder is made of a quartz glass material, a layer of high-corrosion-resistant material is attached to the inner wall of the quartz glass, and a packed bed is arranged at the middle lower part of the inner cylinder; a plurality of silicon carbide wave-absorbing fillers are arranged on the packed bed, a microwave generator is arranged between the shell and the inner cylinder, a temperature sensor is arranged on the packed bed, and the temperature sensor is connected with the microwave generator through a temperature controller; a steam outlet is formed in the top of the inner cylinder, a dilute acid inlet is formed in the side of the upper part of the inner cylinder, and a concentrated acid outlet is formed in the side of the lower part of the inner cylinder.
