Curcumenol is given through intragastric administration, and the conditions of diet, activity, death and the like of the pulmonary arterial hypertension rat model are observed. Results show that curcumenol can significantly improve pulmonary vascular remodeling of animals with pulmonary arterial hypertension, reduce pulmonary arterial pressure, and relieve right ventricular hypertrophy and right heart failure.
