The invention provides a rhythm instrument with a foldable telescopic structure, which comprises a rhythm instrument body, a base arranged below the rhythm instrument body and a support column connected with the base, and further comprises two handrail assemblies arranged on two opposite sides of the base and linear elastic handrails, the handrail assembly comprises a storage table connected with the base and two telescopic structures located on the two sides of the storage table correspondingly. The telescopic structure comprises a plurality of telescopic rods which are sequentially connected in the axial direction, and every two adjacent telescopic rods can relatively move in the axial direction; the telescopic structure is rotatably connected with the base; the linear elastic handrail is used for connecting the four telescopic structures and the supporting column in the circumferential direction of the base.
