Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an ecological shuttle breeding method for potatoes, and belongs to the technical field of potato breeding. According to the method, potato breeding base materials are planted in different ecological areas respectively, obtained breeding intermediate materials are planted in the ecological areas in a shuttle mode, and a target variety is obtained. Experimental results show that the new potato variety obtained by the breeding method disclosed by the invention not only improves the yield of the potatoes and the content of dry matters, starch and vitamin C in the potatoes, but also improves the scab resistance, late blight resistance and drought resistance of the potatoes. 本发明提供了一种马铃薯生态穿梭育种方法,属于马铃薯育种技术领域。本发明将马铃薯育种基础材料分别种植于不同生态区域,将得到的育种中间材料在所述生态区域内穿梭种植,得到目标品种。实验结果表明,通过本发明育种方法得到的马铃薯新品种,不仅提高了马铃薯产量,马铃薯中干物质、淀粉和维生素C的含量,还提高了马铃薯抗疮痂病、抗晚疫病和抗旱性。
