Cosmetic composition for brightening skin color and preparation method thereof

The present disclosure provides a skin color brightening cosmetic composition, which is characterized by comprising: (a) a basic component composed of an emulsifier, an emollient, a thickener, a film-forming agent, a colorant, a solvent, an electrolyte, a dispersant and a preservative; (b) mica subjected to wrapping treatment by triethoxyoctyl silane; (c) bismuth oxychloride pre-dispersed in the esters; (d) a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer; (e) a vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer; and (f) a fluorescent material comprising quantum dots.
