Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tea extract EGCG prodrug based on response to H2O2 and a preparation method and application thereof.The tea extract EGCG prodrug based on response to H2O2 is shown in the formula (I), EGCG extracted from tea is adopted for site modification, and the EGCG prodrug with specific response to H2O2 is obtained. The prodrug shows remarkable in-situ detection property and antitumor activity, and meanwhile, the EGCG is extracted from tea leaves, so that the EGCG has relatively low toxic and side effects and better water solubility, and is more beneficial to absorption and metabolism of human tissues.
本发明公开了基于对H2O2响应的茶叶提取物EGCG前药及其制备方法和应用,本发明的基于对H2O2响应的茶叶提取物EGCG前药,如式(I)所示:本发明采用由茶叶中提取的EGCG进行位点修饰,得到对H2O2特异性响应的EGCG前药。该前药表现出显著的原位检测性质以及抗肿瘤活性,同时,由于该EGCG是由茶叶中提取而来,其毒副作用相对较低,并且水溶性更好,更加有利于人体组织的吸收及代谢。 |
