The invention provides an anti-toppling bottle distributing device which comprises a track for medicine bottles to move and further comprises a bottle distributing screw rod, a bottle blocking device, a first sensor, a second sensor, an inductor and a controller. Wherein the controller is electrically connected with the bottle blocking device, the first sensor, the second sensor and the inductor; the bottle separating screw rod is arranged on the track in parallel and is provided with a threaded groove suitable for accommodating medicine bottles; the first sensor is arranged at a bottle inlet of the bottle separating screw rod; the second sensor is arranged on the track and located on the side, away from the bottle separating screw, of the first sensor. The sensor is arranged on the bottle separating screw rod; the bottle blocking device is arranged at a bottle inlet of the bottle separating screw rod; the invention further provides an automatic boxing machine. By means of the arrangement, the automatic boxin
