When constant-speed cruise is started, determining a motor target rotating speed according to a set cruise target speed, and controlling a first motor to work by adopting a rotating speed control mode according to the motor target rotating speed; and detecting the actual torque of the first motor in real time, and controlling the second motor to increase or decrease the output torque by adopting a torque control mode according to the actual torque. During constant-speed cruise, the first motor and the second motor respectively adopt a rotating speed control method and a torque compensation method, so that the problem of asynchronous working modes of double motors is solved, the high-precision vehicle speed control requirement can be met, and high-load work of a single motor can be avoided.
