Providing a spectacle frame in a fully automatic manner comprises: (d) obtaining a set of data relating to a 3D representation of the frame from: (a) initial information relating to an initial representation of the frame; and (b) at least one wearer parameter, possibly automatically modified; and (c) at least one frame parameter, possibly automatically modified; and taking into account at least one constraint or automatically modified constraint relating to the geometry of the frame; and automatically providing a 3D representation from the obtained set of data; (e) applying evaluation criteria to determine if the 3D representation satisfies the constraint or the automatically modified constraint, and if not, (f) repeating obtaining step (d) and applying step (e) using the automatically modified wearer parameter and/or using the automatically modified frame parameter and/or using the automatically modified constraint, in order to automatically provide a set of constraint-compliant data relating to the final re
