Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a rapid dimethoate detection method based on a carbon quantum dot ratiometer fluorescent probe, and belongs to the technical field of pesticide detection. According to the method, a fluorescent carbon quantum dot is taken as a unique fluorophore, and a standard curve is established according to a linear relation between an excitation peak intensity ratio and dimethoate concentration, so that rapid detection of dimethoate is realized. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) synthesizing fluorescent carbon quantum dots; (2) establishing a standard curve; (3) pretreating fruit and vegetable samples; and (4) determining the content of dimethoate in the fruit and vegetable sample.
