Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a boiler steam turbine generator unit cooling system and a control method, and the system comprises a plate heat exchanger which is internally provided with a first flow channel and a second flow channel which are isolated from each other; the closed water circulation system is used for circulating desalted water, the desalted water flows through a first flow channel of the plate heat exchanger, and the desalted water is used for cooling the boiler steam turbine generator unit; and the open type water circulation system is used for circulating seawater, the seawater flows through the second flow channel of the plate heat exchanger, and the seawater is used for cooling the desalted water in the closed type water circulation system through the plate heat exchanger.
