Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of polypeptide products, and discloses a tylorrhynchus peptide as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cleaning and crushing tylorrhynchus heterochaetus, then centrifuging, and collecting supernate to obtain tylorrhynchus heterochaetus protein stock solution; adding protease into the tylorrhynchus protein stock solution, carrying out enzymolysis and centrifugation, and collecting supernate to obtain the tylorrhynchus protein. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, trypsin, pepsin, papain and bromelain are adopted to perform enzymolysis on crushed tylorrhynchus, and filtration and purification are performed to obtain the tylorrhynchus peptide.
