Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an electric response type silk fibroin material, which comprises the following steps: (1) activating silk fibroin: diluting a silk fibroin aqueous solution, then stabilizing the temperature to 0-4 DEG C, and adjusting the pH value to 5-6; adding N-hydroxysuccinimide which is 1-10wt% of the mass of the silk fibroin protein, then adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride which is 2-20wt% of the mass of the silk fibroin protein, uniformly mixing, and reacting to obtain an activated silk fibroin solution; (2) sulfhydrylation of silk fibroin: dropwise adding a cysteamine hydrochloride solution into the activated silk fibroin solution, and adjusting the pH value of the final solution to 5-6; stirring and reacting at 0-4 DEG C, taking out, and standing and reacting at 2-8 DEG C to obtain thiolated silk fibroin; (3) purifying the sulfhydrylated silk fibroin; and (4) preparing the electric response type silk fibroin material: taking the purified |
