Multifunctional rubber foam sensing material and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a multifunctional rubber foam sensing material and a preparation method thereof. The foam sensing material comprises a conductive filler and rubber latex foam, and the conductive filler is embedded into the hole wall of the rubber latex foam. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the rubber emulsion with dispersions of the vulcanizing agent and the accelerant to obtain a pre-vulcanized rubber emulsion; dropwise adding a conductive filler and/or a conductive filler precursor suspension while stirring, so that the conductive filler is uniformly dispersed in the pre-vulcanized rubber emulsion; and adding a foaming agent to foam to 2-5 times of the original volume, adding a coagulating agent, uniformly stirring, and immediately carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain the foam sensing material.
