The problems that after the vehicle is parked for a long time, due to self-discharging of the storage battery and the obvious increase of the number of vehicle-mounted electric equipment of the unmanned vehicle, the overall quiescent current is increased, the voltage of the storage battery is insufficient, and the vehic
