The nucleic acid aptamer nano preparation is a hollow hemispherical particle which is composed of an exosome and a nucleic acid aptamer and is of a double-layer membrane structure, and the nucleic acid aptamer is loaded on the exosome; the particle size of the nucleic acid aptamer nano preparation is 30 to 150 nm; the nucleic acid aptamer is Seq58. The invention also provides a preparation method of the nucleic acid aptamer nano preparation.
