The method comprises the steps that unmanned aerial vehicle signals are collected; generating a time-frequency matrix; constructing an initial unmanned aerial vehicle time-frequency map database; calculating an energy threshold value of each time-frequency matrix; performing binarization operation on each time frequency matrix; calculating a useful signal time ratio of each time-frequency matrix; and screening the initial unmanned aerial vehicle time-frequency atlas database. According to the method, the problems that the application range of a specific unmanned aerial vehicle data set is relatively narrow, and an unprocessed unmanned aerial vehicle database contains a small amount of information and has redundancy are solved.
