Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a power device structure design method and system based on a response surface and an NSGA-III algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the packaging form, packaging structure and chip layout information of a power device; determining size information of the packaging structure and the chip layout; obtaining a design target; determining design variables and fixed parameters in the packaging structure and the chip layout size information according to a design target; according to the design variables and the fixed parameters, a response surface method is adopted for fitting to obtain a design mathematical model; according to the design mathematical model, the NSGA-III algorithm is adopted to calculate the design mathematical model, a solution set of the design mathematical model is obtained, and the power device structure is designed according to the solution set.
