Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for calculating an integral hearth active degree index by using a hearth sampling means, which comprises the following steps of: calculating and analyzing physical properties of materials in a furnace by using the hearth sampling means to obtain partial parameters of the materials, and calculating the integral hearth active degree index in combination with blast furnace operation data. According to the method, the activity degree index of the whole hearth active area of the blast furnace with different effective furnace capacities can be accurately analyzed, so that necessary technical reference is provided for evaluating the activity of the blast furnace, and the purpose of improving the running state of the blast furnace is achieved. 本发明涉及一种利用炉缸取样手段来计算整体炉缸活跃程度指数的方法,利用炉缸取样手段来计算分析出炉内物料存在物性,以获得物料部分参数,并结合高炉运行数据,计算出整体炉缸活跃程度指数,而在采用本技术方案后,可以较为准确的分析出不同有效炉容高炉的整体炉缸活跃区域活跃程度指数,从而为评价高炉活跃性提供必要的技术参考,用以实现改善高炉运行状态的目的。
